SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO.
462 Ai~D AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
7-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 462 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 462, filed by
JOSEPH A. MUELLER for a change in District classification from the
R-1 District to the CM District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the south line of Washington Avenue
located 282 feet, more or less, westerly from the center
line of Grand Avenue; thence northwesterly along the south
line of Washington Avenue for a distance of 239.1 feet, more
or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Grand Avenue for a distance of 142.7
feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Fruit Street for a distance of
191.9 feet, more or less, to the south line of Washington
Avenue and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the CM District, and
Sectional District Map 7-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 462 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of September, 1963.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 19th day of August, 1963, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day
of September, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to wit:
