THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING AN
ADDITIONAL USE TO THE C-5 (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT)
WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Planning Co~ission
has recommended the amendment hereinbelow set out; and after hearing
on notice before the City Council said Council did find and determine
that said amendment should be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 9230.261 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding at the end of paragraph (c) thereof
a new use,to be numbered (13), in words and figures as follows:
"(13) The printing, publishing and circulation of a
newspaper, including plant and office."
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect thirty
days frc~a and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1963.
