SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 476
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 16-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 476 C)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 476, filed
by THEODORE KLEINER for a change in District Classification from
the A-1 and C-2 Districts to the R-1 District and said Commission
has recommended approval of said reclassification in accordance
with E~hibit AA 476 C; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Parcel 1: Beginning at a point located 660.3 feet, more or
less, southerly from the center line of McFadden
Avenue and 310 feet, more or less, westerly from
the center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence
southerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance
of 330 feet, more or less; thence westerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line
of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 350 feet,
more or less; thence northerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of
Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 330 feet, more
or less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of McFadden Avenue for
a distance of 350 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 and C-2 Districts to the R-1
District and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to
show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 476 C.
SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Parcel 2: Beginning at a point located 660.3 feet, more
or less, southerly from the center line of McFadden
Avenue and 310 feet, more or less, westerly from
the center line of Harbor Boulevard, said point
being the northeast corner of Parcel 1 hereinabove
described; thence southerly along the easterly
line of Parcel 1, hereinabove described, for a
distance of 330 feet, more or less; thence easterly
along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 35 feet,
more or less; thence northerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Harbor
Boulevard for a distance of 330 feet, more or less;
thence westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance
of 35 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-2 District to the R-lB District,
and Sectional District Map 16-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA476 C.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1963.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 2nd day of December, 1963, and was again
considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th
day of December, 1963, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to wit:
