OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING
SECTIONS 4250.1, 4250.2 AND 4252
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 4250. of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 4250. pjunkenness ~n Private.
No person shall be on any private premises or in any
private house in a state of drunkenness or intoxication
to the annoyance of any other person.
SECTION 2: That Section 4251. of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 4251. Drinkinq Alcoholic Beveraqes in PubLic.
No person shall drink any alcoholic beverage on any
street, park, in any automobile in any public place or
in any other public place within the City, except in
establishments or business places properly licensed for
the consumption of alcoholic beverages under the Alcoholic
Beverage Control Act of the State of California.
SECTION 3: That Sections 4250.1, 4250.2 and 4252 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
