SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 478
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 24-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 478 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application 478, filed by ALBERT
HASSON, ET AL., for a change in District classification from the
R-2 District to the P District, and said Commission has reccanmended
APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Sycamore
Street intersects the center line of St. Andrew Place;
thence northerly along the center line of Sycamore Street
for a distance of 359.9 feet, more or less, to the center
line of Co~unercial Street; thence easterly along the center
line of Cc~u~ercial Street for a distance of 155 feet, more
or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Sycamore Street for a distance of
359.9 feet, more or less, to the center line of St. Andrew
Place; thence westerly along the center line of St. Andrew
Place for a distance of 155 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the P District, and
Sectional District Map 24-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 478 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
frc~ and after the date of its adoption.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 20th day of January, 1964, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day
of February, 1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by said Council by the following vote, to wit:
