SUBSECTION (r) OF THE SANTA AMA MUNICIPAL
CODE
WHEREAS, a precise alignment of Santa Clara Avenue, between
Main Street and Broadway has been adopted and numbered P.P.S.A.-05.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Subsection (r) of Section 9271 of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by amending
sub-paragraphs (1) and (2) thereof so that said Subsection (r) reads
as follows:
(r)
Santa Clara Avenue.
(1) On the North side, between Broadway and Main
Street, 45 feet measured from and at right
angles to the survey center line.
(2) On the South side, between Broadway and Main
Street, 35 feet measured from and at right
angles to the survey center line.
(3) On both sides, between Grand Avenue and the East
City Limits, 42 feet measured fr~n and at right
angles to the survey center line.
(4) On the North side, 42 feet from the survey
center line, between Glassell Avenue and Grand
Avenue.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1964.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana, California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 2nd day of March, 1964, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March,
1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by said
Council by the following vote, to wit:
