SA~£A ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 500
AND~NDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT I~AP 13-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application 500, filed by JOHN F.
OMESTE and RUBY L. EASON for a change in District classification from
the R-2 District to the C-5 District and said Commission has recom-
mended APPROVAL of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and the use under the
new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding area;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Camile Street
intersects the center line of Bristol Street; thence easterly
along the center line of Camile Street for a distance of 150
feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of
166.3 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approxi-
mately parallel to the center line of Camile Street for a
distance of 150 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Bristol Street; thence southerly along the center line of
Bristol Street for a distance of 166.3 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-5 District, and
Sectional District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 500 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on th~ 6th day of Ju~ly, 1964.
