SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 507
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 1-5-10
(EXHIBIT AA 507 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 507, filed
by UNITED CALIFORNIA BANK for a change in District Classification
from the R-2 District to the R-2B District, and said Commission has
recommended approval of said reclassification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding area.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Greenleaf Street
located 180.5 feet, more or less, northerly from that point
where the center line of Greenleaf Street intersects the
center line of Seventeenth Street; thence northerly along
the center line of Greenleaf Street for a distance of 75 feet,
more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a
distance of 279.3 feet, more or less; thence northerly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Ross
Street for a distance of 10 feet, more or less; thence
easterly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of 110 feet, more
or less, to the center line of Ross Street; thence southerly
along the center line of Ross Street for a distance of
55.8 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth
Street for a distance of 110 feet, more or less; thence
southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Ross Street for a distance of 29.2 feet, more or
less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of
279.3 feet, more or less, to the center line of Greenleaf
Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-2B District,
and Sectional District Map 1-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 507 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1964.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana, California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 20th day of July, 1964, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August,
1964, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by said
Council by the following vote, to wit:
