ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 521 FILED BY ROSABELLE
CORRY, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT i~P 15-5-10

WHERE~S, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application 521, filed by ROSABELLE
CORRY for a change in District classification from the R-1 and R-2
Districts to the C-2 District, and said Commission has recommended
APPROVAL in accordance with Exhibit AA 521 B reclassifying the subject
property from the R-1 and R-2 Districts to the C-2 and R-lB Districts
providing for off-street parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does nOw find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses
under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1:
Beginning at that point where the center line of
Sullivan Street intersects the center line of First
Street; thence southerly along the center line of
Sullivan Street for a distance of 277 feet, more or
less; thence westerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of First Street for a
distance of 1,056 feet, more or less; thence northerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Sullivan Street for a distance of 277 feet, more or
less, to the center line of First Street; thence
easterly along the center line of First Street for a
distance of 427 feet, more or less; thence southerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Sullivan Street for a distance of 155 feet, more or
less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of First Street for a
distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence northerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Sullivan Street for a distance of 155 feet, more or
less, to the center line of First Street; thence
easterly along the center line of First Street for a
distance of 554 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning,

reclassified from the R-1 and R-2 Districts to the C-2
and Sectional District i~ap 15-5-10 is hereby amended to
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 521 B.
SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 2:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Sullivan
Street located 277 feet, more or less, southerly from
that point where the center line of Sullivan Street
intersects the center line of First Street; said point
of beginning being the southeast corner of Parcel 1
hereinabove described; thence southerly, along the
center line of Sullivan Street for a distance of 75 feet,
more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of First Street for a dis-
tance of 1,056 feet, more or less; thence northerly

along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Sullivan Street for a distance of 75 feet, more or
less, to the southwest corner of Parcel 1 hereinabove
described; thence easterly along the south line of
said Parcel 1, said line being generally parallel to
the center line of First Street, for a distance of
1,056 feet, more or less, to the center line of Sullivan
Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-lB District,
and Sectional District Map 15-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 521 B.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1964.

adopted by the following vote, to wit:
