ON A~IENDPIENT APPLICATION NO. 526, FILED BY OXBOW,
AND A/~ENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT ~k~P 26-5-10

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notic~ of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 526, filed by
OXBOW, INC. for a change in District classification from the R-1
District to the R-4 District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 526 A;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the put)lie necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTIO~ 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Segerstrom
Avenue located 440 feet, more or less, westerly from that
point where the center line of Segerstrom Avenue intersects
the center line of Bristol Street; thence northerly along a
line approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol
Street for a distance of 631 feet, more or less; thence
westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of 164.9 feet,
more or less; thence southerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance
of 474.3 feet, more or less; thence southeasterly for a
distance of 118.4 feet, more or less, to the southerly
property line of the subject property; thence southerly
for a distance of 42 feet, more or less, to the center line
of Segerstrom Avenue; thence easterly along the center line
of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of 147.5 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-4 District,
and Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 526 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of January, 1965.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 21st day of December, 1964, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 4th day
of January, 1965, and was at said meeting regularly passed and
adopted by the following vote, to wit:
