RIVERVIEWHOSPITAL, I~C., AND ~NDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT L~P 2-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 533 B)
WHEREAs, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held s public hearing on Amendment Application No. 533, filed
by RIVERVIh~W HOSPITAL, INC. for a change in District classification
from the R-1 District to the C-1 District, and said Commission has
recommended that the subject property be reclassified from 'the
R-1 District to the recently established LP (Limited Professional)
District which would permit the development proposed by the
applicant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that the public necessity, convenience and general
welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the
new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point on the center line of Fairview
Street which is located 1044 feet, more or less, northerly
from that point where said center line intersects the
center line of Seventeenth Street; thence northerly along
the center line of Fairview Street for a distance of
276 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Seventeenth
Street for a distance of 659.5 feet, more or less; thence
southerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
tine of Fairview Street for a distance of 276 feet, more or
less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Seventeenth Street for a distance of
~59.5 feet, more or less, to the center line of Fairview
Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the LP District, and
Sectional District 14ap 2-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 533 B.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San~a
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of March, 1965.
