DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS ON APPLICATION OF ~ETT C.
ROGERS TO CORRECT ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION THEREIN
WHEREAS, on January 18, 1965, the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana adopted Ordinance NS-774 changing District classifications
and amending Sectional District Map 1-5-10, (Exhibit AA 527 B); and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance contained descriptions of two parcels
of real property and in each a typographical error occurred in stating
the number of feet of run along one of the courses in said descriptions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: That this City Council hereby finds and declares
that an error has occurred, as hereinabove set out, in each of the
descriptions of real property contained in Ordinance N$-774.
SECTION 2: That the corrections of typographical errors next
hereinbelow set out are hereby adopted to be in effect as though
correctly shown in the original draft of said Ordinance NS-774, as
follows:
(a) That the distance shown in the fourth course in Parcel 1,
in line 10 of said description as "974 feet" is hereby
corrected to read "929 feet";
(b) That the distance shown in the third course in Parcel 2
in line 10 of said description as "974 feet" is hereby
corrected to read "929 feet".
SECTION 3: That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed
to indicate on the official copies of Ordinance NS-774 the fact of
the adoption of this Ordinance NS-792 and to indicate by means of
longhand pen notation the nature of the corrections made.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting ~eld on the 5th day of April, 1965.

by the following vote, to wit:
