ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 555 FILED BY G. HOWARD
ROBERTSHAW AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
10-5-10 (~XHIBIT AA 555 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 555, filed by
G. HO~/~0 ROBERTSHAW for a change in District classification from
the R-2 District to the C-2 and R-4 Districts, and said Commission
has reconu~ended approval of said reclassification in accordance with
Exhibit 555 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the surround-
ing area;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the center line of Clinton Street,
located 170 feet, more or less, northerly from that point
where said center line intersects the center line of Fifth Street;
thence Westerly along a line appro~imately parallel to the center line
of Fifth Street for a distance of 635 feet, more or less, to the east-
erly line of a private street running northerly from Harper Street;
thence northerly along the easterly line of said private street for a
distance of 140 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Fifth Street for a
distance of 635 feet, more or less, to the center line of Clinton
Street; thence southerly along the center line of Clinton Street for
a distance of 140 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the C-2 District, and
Sectional District Map 10-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit 555 A.
S~CTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 2: Beginning at that point where the center line of Clinton
Street intersects the center line of Willowick Drive, said
point being the northeast corner Of Parcel 1 hereinabove described;
thence westerly along the northerly line of said Parcel 1 for a
distance of 635 feet, more or less; thence northerly for a distance
of 320 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Fifth Street for a distance of 500 feet,
more or less; thence southerly for a distance of 30 feet, more or
less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Fifth Street for a distance of 135 feet, more or less;
thence southerly for a distance of 290 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-4 District, and
Sectional District Map 10-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with E~d%ibit 555 A.
S~CTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.

held on the 6th day of July, 1965.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 21st day of June, 1965, and was again con-
sidered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 6th day
of July, 1965, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted
by the following vote, to wit:
