ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 539 FILED BY SECURITY
FORE CORPORATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP 26-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 539 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 539, filed by
SECURITY FORE CORPORATION for a change in District classification
from the R-4 District to the R-1 and C-4 Districts, and said
Commission has recommended approval of said reclassification in
accordance with Exhibit AA 539 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses
under the new classifications will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Warner Avenue
located 340 feet, more or less, westerly from that point
where said center line intersects the center line of
Bristol Street; thence southerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a
distance of 360 feet, more or less; ~nence easterly along
a line approximately parallel to the center line of Warner
Avenue for a distance of 340 feet, more or less, to the
center line of Bristol Street; thence southerly along the
center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 2197.4
feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approxi-
mately parallel to the center line of SegerstromAvenue
for a distance of 365 feet, more or less; thence northerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Bristol Street for a distance of 1023.6 feet, more or less;
thence northwesterly for a distance of 245 feet, more or
less; ~nence northerly and continuing along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street
for a distance of 940 feet, more or less; thence westerly
along a line approximately parallel to the center line of
Warner Avenue for a distance of 245 feet, more or less;
thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of
360 feet, more or less, to the center line of Warner Avenue;
thence easterly along the center line of Warner Avenue for
a distance of 320 feet, more or less, to ~he point of
beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-4 District to the C-4 District, and
Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said re-
classification in accordance with Exhibit AA 539 A.
SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 2:
Beginning at a point located 360 feet, more or less,
southerly from the center line of Warner Avenue and 660
feet, more Or less, westerly from the center line of Bristol
Street; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Warner Avenue for a distance of
245 feet, more or less; thence southerly along the westerly
line of Parcel 1 as hereinabove described for a distance
of 940 feet, more or less; thence southeasterly and

continuing along the westerly line of said Parcel 1 for
a ~istance of 245 feet, more or less; thence southerly
and continuing along said westerly line of Parcel 1 for
a distance of 1023.6 feet, more or less; thence westerly
along a line approximately ~arallel to the center line
of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of 135 feet, more or
less; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel
to the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of
1837.6 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Warner Avenue
for a distance of 169.2 feet, more or less; thence
northerly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 364.5 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified fr~m the R-4 District to the R-1 District,
Sectional District Map 26-5-10 is hereby amended to show said re-
classification in accordance with Exhibit AA 539 A.
and
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED ANDADOPTEDby the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of June, 1965.

said City held on the 17th day of May, 1965, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of June,
1965, and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the
