ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 580, FILRD BY
RUSSELL ROHRS AND CALVIN ROHRS AND AMENDING
SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 6-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 580 C)

WHEREAS, the Plamning Co~ission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 580, filed by Russell
Rohrs and Calvin Rohrs, for a change in District Classification frc~ the
R 1, R 2, and C 1 Districts to the C 4 or C 5 District, and said Co~ission
has recommended approval of said reclassification in accordance with
Exhibit AA 580 C; and
WH~HEAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general
welfare require the following amendments and that the uses under the new
classifications will not be detrimental to the s~rroundiD~ property.
NOW, THerEFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'i'h,: CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point 185 feet, more or less, westerly
frc~ the center line of Grand Avenue, and 202 feet,
more or less, northerly from the center line of
Seventeenth Street; thence southerly to the center
line of Seventeenth Street, a distance of 202 feet,
more or less; thence westerly along the center line
of Seventeenth Street a distance of approximately
313.5 feet, more or less; thence northerly a distance
of 558 feet, more or less; thence westerly a distance
of 75 feet, more or less; thence northerly a distance
of 611.5 feet, more or less; thence easterly a distanca
of 610 feet, more or less, to the center line of Grand;
thence southerly following the center line of Grand
Avenue a distance of 983 feet, more or less; thence
westerly approximately paralleling Seventeenth Street
a distance of 185 feet, mere or less, to the point
of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R i and R 2 Districts to the C 4 District
and Sectional District Nap 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification
in accordance with Exhibit AA 580 C.
SECTION 2: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point where the center line of Seventeenth
Street intersects with the center line of Grand Avenue;
thence northerly along said center line of Grand Avenue
a distance of 202 feet, more or less; thence westerly
approximately paralleling Seventeenth Street a distance
of 185 feet, more or less; thence southerly approximately
paralleling Grand Avenue a distance of 202 feet, more or
less, to the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence
easterly along the center line of Seventeenth Street,
to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C i District to the R i District and Sectional
District NAp 6-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance
with Exhibit AA 580 C.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha,
at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1966.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana~ California; that the foregoing
Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 21st day of March, 1966, and was again considered by said Council
at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1966~ and at said
meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
