ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 584, FILED BY CHARLES
L'ALLIER, AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
13-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 584 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 584, filed by
CHARLES L'ALLIER, for a change in District classification from the
R-1 District to the R-3 District, and said Commission has recommended
approval of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit 584 A;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and
general welfare require the following amendment and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Highland Street located
532 feet, more or less, easterly from the center line of Bristol
Street; thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 165 feet, mc~ or
less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Highland Street for a distance of 50 feet, more or
less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 165 feet, more or
less, to the center line of Highland Street; thence westerly along
the center line of Highland Street for a distance of 50 feet, more
or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the R-1 District to the R-3 District, and
Sectional District Map 13-5-10 is hereby amended to show said
reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 584 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.

Ana at its regular meeting held on the

Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd
day of May, 1966, and was again considered by said Council at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of May, 1966, and at said meeting
was regularly passed and adopted by the following vote,
