OF SECTION 9271 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FIRST STREET FROM
TOWNSEND STREET TO STANDARD AVENUE
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning Com-
mission has recommended that future right of way lines be established
on the north side of First Street from Townsend Street to Standard
Avenue; and
WHERF2%S, after hearing before the City Council, on notice as
required by law, said Council determined that future right of way
lines should be established between Townsend Street to Standard
Avenue on First Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Sub-section (cc) of Section 9271 of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code ia hereby amended to read in words and figures
as follows:
(cc} First Street -Bolsa Avenue.
(1) On both sides between the West Corporate
Limits and Harbor Boulevard, measured 60 feet North and South of
survey center line of Bolsa Avenue.

(2) On the North side, between Harbor Boulevard
and Townsend Street, measured 52 feet North of the survey center
line.
(3) On the South side, between Harbor Boulevard
and Center Street, measured 52 feet South of the survey center
line.
(4) On the South side, between Center Street and
the point where the South line of Walnut intersects the South line
of First Street, measured 55 feet South of the survey center line
of First Street.
(5) On the North side, between Minnie Street and
the Santa Aha Freeway, measured 33 feet North of the survey center
line of First Street.
(6) On the South side, between Minnie Street and
the Santa Ana Freeway, measured 71 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
(7) On both sides, between the Santa Aha Freeway
and the East Corporate Limit, measured 52 feet from and at right
angles to the survey center line of First Street.
(8) On the North side, 70 feet from survey center
line, between Townsend Street and Main Street.
(9) On the North side, between Main Street and
Bush Street, beginning at s point on the survey center line of Main
Street 65 feet North of the survey center line of First Street and
extending Easterly to a point on the survey center line of Bush
Street 71 feet North of the survey center line of First Street.
(10) On the North side 71 feet from survey center
line, between Bush Street and Spurgeon Street.
(11) On the North side, between Spurgeon Street
and French Street, beginning at a point on the survey center line
of Spurgeon Street 71 feet North of the survey center line of First
Street and extending Easterly to a point on the survey center line
of French Street 65 feet North of the survey center line of First
Street.
(12) On the North side 65 feet from survey center
line, between French Street and Standard Avenue.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April, 1967.

going Ordinance was regularly introduced to said Council at its
regular meeting held on the 20th day of March, 1967, and was again
considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 3rd
day of April, 1967, and at said meeting was regularly passed and
adopted by the following vote, to wit:
