ON AM~NDMENT APPLICATION NO. 600 FILED BY HUMBLE
OIL &REFINING CO. AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAP 25-5-10, (EXHIBIT AA 600 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 600, filed by
HUMBLE OIL & REFINING CO. for a change inDistrict classification
from the C-R District to the C-5 District, and said Commission by
its Resolution 5803 has rec~ended approval of said reclassifi-
cation in accordance with Exhibit AA 600~and
W~EAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience,
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Main Street
located 190 feet, more or less, southerly from that
point where the center line of Dyer Road intersects the
center line of Main Street; thence southerly along the
center line of Main Street for a distance of 80 feet,
more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of the westerly prolongation
of Dyer Road for a distance of 252 feet, more or less;
thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Main Street for a distance of 204.8
feet, more or less; thence northeasterly to the prOposed
center line of Dyer Road for a distance of 50 feet, more
or less; thence southeasterly along said proposed center
line of Dyer Road for a distance of 50 feet, more Or less;
thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Main Street for a distance of 173 feet,
more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of the westerly prolongation
of Dyer Road for a distance of 202 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the CR District to the C-5 District, and
Sectional District Map 25-5-10 is hereby amended to show said re-
classification in accordance with Exhibit AA 600 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of May, 1967.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 1st day of May, 1967, and was again considered by said
Council at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of May, 1967,
and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the following
vote, to wit:
