ZIMPELMANN AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 1-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 605 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application No, 605, filed by ROGER J. ZIMPELMANN for a change in District classification from the R-2 District to the R-2-B District and said Commission by its Resolution 5809 ~as recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with EXHIBIT AA 605 A; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: A rectangularly shaped parcel 56 feet by 90 feet located immediately adjacent to and north of the parcel at the northwest corner of Seventeenth and Ross Streets, is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District to the R-2-B District and Sectional District Map 1-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with EXHIBIT AA 605 A. SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after its adoption.
