ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 610 FILED BY KEYSTONE
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 15-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 610 A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 610, filed by
KEYSTONE SAVINGS AiQD LOAN ASSOCIATION, a California corporation, for
a change in District classification from the A-1 District to the C-2
District, and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5817, has
recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with
Exhibit AA 610 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
notice and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and
general welfare require the following amendment, and that the use
under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point on the center line of McFadden Avenue
located 380 feet, more or less, easterly from that point where
said center line intersects the center line of Harbor Boulevard;
thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the center
line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 661.5 feet, more or
less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance of 280 feet, more
or less; thence southerly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Harbor Boulevard for a distance of 662.8 feet,
more or less, to the center line of McFadden Avenue; thence
westerly along the center line of McFadden Avenue for a distance
of 280 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the C-2 District, and
Sectional District Map 15-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 610 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from
and after the date of its adoption.

the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on the 18th day of September, 1967, and was again considered by said
Council at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1967,
and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the following
vote, to wit:
