ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 611 FILED BY PACIFIC
SOUTHWESTERN P~OPERTIES A~D AMENDING SECTIONAL
DISTRICT MAP 12-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 611C)
WItEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 611, filed by
PACIFIC SOUTHWESTERN PROPERTIES for a change in District classification
from the C-5, R-2, and ~-1 Districts to the C-4 District, and said
Commission, by its Resolution No. 5819, has recommended APPROVAL of
said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 611 C; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on
said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does
now find that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare
require the following amendment, and that the use under the new
classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Eighth Street
intersects the center line of Bristol Street; thence southerly
along the center line of Bristol Street for a distance of 341.0
feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line approximately
parallel to the center line of Eighth Street for a distance of
481.0 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line approxi-
mately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for a
distance of 86 feet, more or less; thence easterly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Eighth Street for a
distance of 64 feet, more or less; thence northerly along a line
approximately parallel to the center line of Bristol Street for
a distance of 280 feet, more or less, to the center line of
Eighth Street; thence westerly along the center line of Eighth
Street for a distance of 545.0 feet, more or less, to the center
line of Bristol Street and the point of beginning,
is hereby reclassified from the C-5, R-2, and R-1 Districts to the
C-4 District, and Sectional District Map 12-5-10 is hereby amended
to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 611 C.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of N~vember, 1967.

Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 19th day of 0cto~er, 1967, and was again considered
by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November,
1967, and at said meeting was regularly passed and adopted by the
following vote, to wit:
