CODE BY DELETING SECTION 9271.15 FROM PART 7,
CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE IX THEPdEOF RELATING TO FUTURE
RIGHT OF WAY LINES ESTABLISHED ALONG WILLITS AND
BISHOP STREETS
WHEREAS, prior to the adoption of the General Plan for the
City of Santa Ana, Willits and Bishop Streets were proposed arterial
streets between Fairview Street and Standard Avenue with future
right of way lines established 42 feet from and at right angles to
the survey center line; and
WHEREAS,Bishop and Willits Streets are no longer a part of
the arterial streets and highway element of the General Plan and
the future right of way lines along these streets no longer serve
a useful purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 9271.15 of Part 7, Chapter 2,
Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, establishing future
right of way lines for Willits and Bishop Streets, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of November, 1968.

Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 4th day of November, 1968, and was again
considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the 18th
day of November, 1968, and was at said meeting passed and adopted
by the following vote, to wit:
