CODE BY ADDING SECTION 3280.35 TO PART 8, CHAPTER 2,
ARTICLE III TO ESTABLISH A 30 MILE PER HOUR SPEED
LIMIT ON WRIGHT STREET BETWEEN SEVENTEENTH STREET
AND SANTA CLARA AVENUE
WHEREAS, on recommendation of the Director of Public Works,
the City Council has approved the establishment of a speed limit
of 30 miles per hour on Wright Street, between Seventeenth Street
and Santa Clara Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 3280.35 is hereby added to Part 8,
Chapter 2, Auticle III of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in
words and figures, as follows:
Miles per hour
Section 3280.35. Wright Street.
---Seventeenth Street to Santa Clara Avenue 30
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
