ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 643 FILED BY CARL J. AND
LENA A. KLATT AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP
5-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 643 A)
W}{EREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly
held a public hearing on Amendment Application No. 643, filed by
CARL J. and LENA A. KLATT,proposing to reclassify from the A-1
District to the R-4 District the property hereinbelow described;
and said Commission, by its Resolution No. 5878, has recommended
APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA
643 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and
does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general
welfare require that said property be reclassified from the A-1
District to the R-4 District in accordance with Exhibit AA 643 A,
and that the new classification will not be detrimental to the
surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of california, described as:
Beginning at that point where the center line of Tustin Avenue
intersects the center line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence northerly
along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 658.1
feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line
of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 834.6 feet, more or less;
thence northerly along a line approximately parallel to the
center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 566.9 feet, more
or less; thence easterly along a line approximately parallel to
the center line of Santa Clara Avenue for a distance of 834.6 feet,
more or less, to the center line of Tustin Avenue; thence southerly
along the center line of Tustin Avenue for a distance of 566.9
feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
is hereby reclassified from the A-1 District to the R-4 District, and
Sectional District Map 5-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassi-
fication in accordance with Exhibit AA 643 A.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969.

was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held on the 19th
day of May, 1969, and was again considered by said Council at its
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, 1969, and at said meeting
was passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
