CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 3264 OF PART 6, CHAPTER 2,
ARTICLE III THEREOF RELATING TO ANGLE PARKING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby
amended by amending Section 3264 of Part 6, Chapter 2, Article III
thereof to read in words and figures as follows:
Section 3264. Angle Parking.
No operator shall park or stand any vehicle in any manner
except diagonal to the curb, entirely between the parallel
lines painted on the pavement delineating a parking stall, on
those portions of the streets next hereinbelow set out:
(a) The east side of Ross Street, between Sixth Street and
Eighth Street;
(b) Both sides of Fourth Street, between Ross Street and
French Street;
(c) The south side of Walnut Street, between Parton Street
and Ross Street;
(d) The south side of St. Gertrude Place, between ToWner
Street and Flower Street;
(e) The north side of Anahurst Place, between Towner
Street and Flower Street;
(f) The south side of Tenth Street, between Raitt Street
and Townsend Street;
(g) The south side of Ninth Street, between Raitt Street
and a point 110 feet west of the west property line
of Raitt Street;
(h) The west side of College Avenue, between Seventeenth
Street and Nineteenth Street, the north 72 feet of
the south 125 feet;
(i) The Van Ness cul-de-sac~north of Fifteenth Street.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1969.
