CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-740 RELATING TO SPECIFIC
PLAN FOR STREET ALIGNMENT
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan of
Street Alignment No. 34 involving a portion of Main Street
in the vicinity of Owens Drive; and
WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council, on notice
as required by law, said Council determined that said street
alignment plan should be adopted and that the Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such change;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 41-740 is hereby added to
Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and
figures as follows:
Section 41-720.
Specific Plan of Street Alignment
No. 34.
Main Street from Owens Drive to the North City Limits.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1970.

going Ordinance was introduced to said Council at its regular meeting
held on the 2nd day of March, 1970, and was again considered by said
Council at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1970,
and was at said meeting passed and adopted by the following vote,
