MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 41-741
RELATING TO SPECIFIC PLANS FOR STREET ALIGNMENT
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recommended the adoption of Specific Plan for
Street Alignment No. 38 involving a portion of Alton Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, after hearing before the city Council, on notice
as required by law, said Council determined that said street
alignment plan should be adopted and ~at the Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such change;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 41-741 is hereby added to Chapter
41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to read in words and figures
as follows:
Section 41-741. Specific Plan of Street. Alignment No. 38
Alton Avenue from Main Street to Halladay Street
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18ah day of May, 1970.

4th day of May, 1970, and was again considered by said Council at
its regular meeting held on the 18th day of May, 1970, and was at
