ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING SECTION 12-118 OF THE SANTA A~A
MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 12-118 of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read in w~rds and
figures as follows:
Sec. 12-118. Visibility from the street
"No operator of a theatre shall permit, or
cause to be permitted, any entertainment or
film to be viewed at any time from the street,
sidewalk or highway which contains any ex-
plicit sexual material."
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty days from the date of its adoption.
SECTION 3: That the Clerk of the Council shall
certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the
same to be published in some daily newspaper printed and
published in the City of Santa Aha.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of
, 1972.
