ORDINANCE NS-ll21 AMENDING SECTION 33-41 OF
ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 33 OF THE SANTA ANA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO COSTS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENTS - ESTABLISHING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1~ That Section 33-41 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code
is hereby amended to reads as follows:
Sec. 33-41. Costs of street improvements -- Establishing.
The costs of all original street improvements, other than
those costs which the city council may determine as payable
under the state gas tax major street development program or
other street improvement project authorized by the city council,
shall be paid by private persons having an interest therein.
SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in
some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of Santa Ana.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days
from and after the date of its adoption, except as herein specifically
provided.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular adjourned meeting held on the 3r~
