AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT APPLICATION

NOW~ THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Adams
Street and Raitt Street, thence east along the centerline of
Adams Street for a distance of 1256.5 feet, more or less; thence
south along a line approximately parallel to Raitt Street for a
distance of 911.8 feet, more or less; thence east along a line
approximately parallel to Segerstrom Avenue for a distance of
130 feet, more or less; thence south along a line approximately
parallel to Raitt Street for a distance of 130 feet, more or
less; thence east along a line approximately parallel to Seger-
strom Avenue for a distance of 325 feet, more or less; thence
in a southeasterly direction following a curved line for a
distance of 91.6 feet, more or less; thence in a northeasterly
direction for a distance of 30 feet, more or less; thence east
along a line approximately parallel to Segerstrom Avenue for a
distance of 97 feet, more or less; thence south along the
westerly boundary line of the Orange County Flood Control Dis-
trict channel for a distance of 614.7 feet, more or less; thence
west along the centerline of Segerstrom Avenue for a distance
of 1608 feet, more or less; thence north along the centerline
of Raitt Street for a distance of 1784.4 feet to the point of
beginning.
is hereby reclassified from the A 1 District to the 0
District (Public Owned Land) and Sectional District Map 26-5-10
as revised, is hereby amended to show said reclassification in
accordance with Exhibit A.A. 706-B.
SECTION 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall certify
to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be
published in some daily newspaper printed and published in
the City of Santa Ana.
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days from and after the date of its adoption, except as here-
in specifically provided.
