AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 2-352
OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING
COMPENSATION TO THE MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Section 2-352 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-352. Compensation of members.
Each member of the planning commission shall
receive the sum of twenty five dollars C$25.00)
for each regular, adjourned regular or special
meeting of said planning commission which said
member attends; provided, however, no such mem-
ber shall be paid more than fifty dollars ($50.001
for such attendance at meetings held during any
one calendar month.
The City Council, by resolution, may autho-
rize the payment, to Commission Members, of reason-
able sums for expenses in connection with their
official duties.
SECTION 2: Ail payments to be made as herein pro-
vided shall be effective the 19th day of December 1973.
This ordinance is a ratification of earlier action taken
by the City Council.
SECTION 3: The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
in some daily newspaper printed and published in the City of
Santa Aha.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19 day of
November , 1973.
