AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
ORDINAi~CE NO. NS-1473 BY CREATING AN EMERGENCY
EXCEPTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That "Exhibit A" of Ordinance No. NS-1473 be amended
by adding the following thereto:
The limitations set forth in this section may be
disregarded in the event of a state of emergency including,
but not by way of limitation, any natural disaster, war, or
any economic emergency, by a four-fifths vote of the members
of the city council.
