ORDINANCE NO. NS-1551
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ADDING ARTICLE IX TO CHAPTER 13 OF
THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE, TO
ESTABLISH THE "MAIN"SUNFLOWER CORRIDOR"
IMPROVEMENT FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the Santa Ana Municipal Code, is hereby
amended by adding an article, to be numbered IX to Chapter
13 thereof, which said article consists of one section
numbered 13-80 and reads as follows:
ARTICLE IX
"MAIN - SUNFLOWER CORRIDOR"
IMPROVEMENT FUND
Sec. 13-80. Creation, deposits, and expenditures.
There is hereby created and established the "Main-
Sunflower Corridor" Improvement Fund, for the purpose of
implementing that certain agreement, dated August 12, 1980,
between the cities of Santa Ana, Irvine, and Costa Mesa for
the financing of street improvements in the area of the
"Main-Sunflower Corridor," a copy of which is on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Council. Moneys shall be
deposited into, and expended from, said fund in accordance
with the provisions of the said agreement, as the same now
exists and as it may from time to time hereafter be amended.
ADOPTED this 17th day of November , 1980, by
the following vote:
