ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1606
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
TO APPROVE AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 861
TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF WESTMINSTER AVENUE AND WEST OF
LA BONITA STREET FROM THE C2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL), C5 (ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL)
AND R1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICTS TO THE R3 (MEDIUM DENSITY
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
AND AMENDING SECTIONAL MAP NO.9-5-10
WHEREAS, the real property located on the
side of Westminster Avenue and west side of La Bon
Street,and more particularly described infra, is
within the C2 (General Commercial), C5 (Arterial
and R1 (Single Family Residential) Districts; a
