AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
AND ADOPTING A REVISED SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NO. 12 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
DYER ROAD WEST OF GRAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council, by its Ordinance No. NS-
1425, adopted May 15, 1978, zoned certain property generally
located on the north side of Dyer Road west of Grand Avenue,
and more specifically described in the said ordinance, in the
SD (Specific Development) District and approved and adopted
Specific Development Plan No. 12 for said property; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed
public hearing on June 14, 1982, approved a revised Specific
Plan No. 12 for said property; and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public
hearing, concurs in the approval of the said revised plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Specific Plan No. 12, attached hereto and in-
corporated herein by reference, is hereby approved and adopted
for the property described in Ordinance No. NS-1425 of the
City of Santa Ana, in lieu of the Specific Plan approved and
adopted by said ordinance.

APPLICABILITY OF ORDINANCE
The specific.development zoning district for the sub,act property, as
authorized by Chapter 41, Division26, Sec. 41oSg3 et seq, of the Santa
Asa #untclpol Code, ts specifically subject to the standards and regula-
tions contained tn thts plan for the express purpose of establishing
land use regulations end standards. All other &ppltcable chapters,
articles and sections of the Santa Asa Huntctpol Code shell &pply unless
expressly ~atved or superseded by this ordinance.
PURPOSE
The SD #12 specific development plan consisting of stindards and roguli-
ttons ts hereby established for the express purpose of protecting the
beslth, safety and generel velfare of the poople of the City by p .r~mottng
and enhancing the value of properties and encouraging orderly developmut.
