ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1691
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING SECTION 36-285 OF THE SANTA
ANA MUNICIPAL CODE TO SET PRIMA FACIE
SPEED LIMITS ON WARNER AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana, on March 21, 1982, adopted Ordinance No. NS-1672,
amending the Santa Ana Municipal Code to establish revised
prima facie speed limits for designated streets in the City;
and
WHEREAS, said ordinance inadvertently omitted to
list prima facie speed limits for certain portions of Warner
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to correct such
omission through amendment of that section of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code setting prima facie speed limits for Warner
Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that Section 36-285 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
