NS- 1702 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 221 NORTH MOUNTAIN VIEW STREET FROM THE A1 GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) (SUBURBAN APARTMENT) DISTRICT TO THE R4-PRD - PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMEN~ DISTRICT WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 884 has been filed to make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain real property, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after duly noticed public hearing, has recommended approval of the changes in use district designations as proposed in said Amendment Applicabion; and WHEREAS, this Council, prior to adopting this ordinance, has reviewed the initial environmental study (I.S. No.-83-92) prepared for this project, and has approved the Negative Decla- ration for this project based thereon; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- ing, has determined that the changes in use district designations proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That parcel of real property located generally at 221 North Mountain View Street in the City of Santa Ana, and more specifically described as follows: Lot 4 of Tract No. 978, as per map recorded in Book 32, Page 48, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County. ORDINANCE NO. NS- 1702 PAGE TWO is hereby reclassified from A1 (General Agricultural) District to the R4-PRD (Suburban Apartment - Planned Residential Development) District. 2. An amended Sectional District Map No. 9-5-10 showing the abovedescribed changes in use district designations is hereby adopted. ADOPTED this 2]$t day of November , 1983.
