NS-i~7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION 41-610 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE AND REPEALING SEC~ 10-70 TO REVISE THE REGULATION WALLS, FENCES AND BARBED WIRE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN' AS FOLLOWS: ~A DOES ORDAIN SECTION t: That Section 41-610 of Code is amended to read as follows: Sec. 41-610.
