ORDINANCE NO. NS-1895
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN FOR STREET
ALIGNMENT NO. 54 AND ADDING SECTION
41-749.1 TO THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL
CODE TO ESTABLISH STREET ALIGNMENT
FOR CAB RILLO PARK DRIVE BETWEEN FIRST
STREET AND FOURTH STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Specific Plan of Street Alignment No. 54 is
hereby adopted as the street alignment for Cabrillo Park Drive
between First Street and Fourth Street.
SECTION 2: That the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby amended
by adding a section, to be numbered 41-749.1, which said section
reads as follows:
Sec. 41-749.1 Specific plan for
Street Alignment No. 54
Cabrillo Park Drive between First Street and Fourth
Street.
ADOPTED this 20th day of Ap~] , 1987.
