AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE "LOGAN AREA" FROM THE R2-X-AND
M2-X DISTRICTS TO THE R2 AND M2
DISTRICTS AND DELETING THE "X-SUFFIX"
ZONING REGULATIONS FROM THE SANTA ANA
MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 983 has been filed
to make a certain change in the zoning district designations of
certain real property! as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after duly noticed
public hearing, has recommended approval of the changes in use
district designations as proposed in said Amendment Application;
and
WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing,
has determined that the changes in use district designations pro-
posed in the abovesaid Amendment Application is justified by the
public necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Those parcels of real property located in the
"Logan Area" of the City of Santa Ana and more specifically
located as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and in-
corporated herein by reference, are hereby reclassified from
the R2-X District to the R2 District.
SECTION 2: Those parcels of real property located in the
"Logan Area" of the City of Santa Ana and more specifically
located as set forth in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and in-
corporated herein, are hereby reclassified from the M2-X
District to the M2 District.

SECTION 3: An amended Sectional District Map No. 7-5-9 showing
the abovedescribed changes in use district designations is hereby
approved.
SECTION 4: Division 28 of Article III of Chapter 41 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code, consisting of sections 41-595, 41-596,
41-597, 41-598, and 41-599 of said Code, is hereby repealed.
