APPLICABILITY OF ORDINANCE The speci£ic development zoning district £or the subject property, as authorized by Chapter Il, Division 26, Sect: al-595 and sequence of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, is specifically subject to the standards and regulations contained in this plan and for the express purpose ot establishing land use regulations and standards. Section 2. pURPOSE The Specific Development Plan, consisting ,ndards and regulations, is hereby established for the ~ress purpose o£ protecting the health, saEety, and welfare for the people o£ the City by promoting nhancing the value o£ the properties and encouraging ord~ ly development.
