In the awarding of any or written order for any
public works project, the City comply with apprenticeship
standards as established by 1777.5 of the California State
Labor Code and require that contractors and subcontractors
provide proof of participat as a signatory to a recognized
apprenticeship and/or program under Chapter 4 (commencing
at Section 3070), E of the California Labor Code and
certified by the State ol California Division of Apprenticeship
Standards, where such exist for the work to be performed.
