AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON FIFTH
STREET BETWEEN MORTIMER AND LACY STREETS
FROM THE C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DIS-
TRICTS TO THE R2 (TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE)
AND R2-B (PARKING MODIFICATION) DIS-
TRICTS (AA NO. 95-1)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 95-1 has
certain changes in the zoning district
property located on both sides of Fifth Street
Lacy streets, as hereinafter set forth; and
