ORDINANCE NO. NS-2269
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AMENDING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO.
8, PERTAINING TO THE BROOKHOLLOW OFFICE
PARK DEVELOPMENT, TO REVISE THE LISTING
OF PERMITTED USES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by its Ordinance No.
NS-1360, adopted in April, 1977, approved Specific Development Plan No. 8 for the
Brookhollow Office Park development site, located generally between Grand Avenue,
Warner Avenue, and the State Route 55 freeway; and
WHEREAS, the Planning commission of the city of Santa Ana, after duly
noticed public hearing, has recommended that the listing of permitted uses
established for the Brookhollow Office Park development be revised as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after duly noticed public hearing, concurs in
the recommendation of the Planning commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN that
Specific Development Plan No. 8 is amended in the following particulars:
1. Section B under the heading "Site Requirements" is amended as set
forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
2. Section C under the heading "Site Requirements" is amended as set
forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

The following uses shall be permitted in Zone I:
1. Professional offices
attorneys
dentist, doctors and related professions
engineers, architects and planners
research and development facilities
private trade, vocational or professional schools
2. Business offices, including but no limited to:

advertising agencies
banks or other financial offices
employment agencies
escrow and real estate companies
insurance companies
corporate headquarters
photographers, artist, etc.
travel agencies
computer or computer training centers
Laboratories, except those which emit offensive odors, vibrations, or may be
hazardous to the public.
Political, civic and charitable organization uses which shall not include
bingo or other gaming activities.
Restaurants.
