ORDINANCE NO. NS-2286
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2626 NORTH BRISTOL
STREET FROM THE R1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT TO THE Cl (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) DIS-
TRICT (AA NO. 96-1)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-1 has been filed to make certain
changes in the zoning district designations of certain property located at 2626
North Bristol Street as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has determined
that the change in use district designations proposed in the abovesaidAmendment
Application are Justified by the public necessity, convenience and general
welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2626 North Bristol Street and
designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby reclassified from the RI (Single-Family Residential) district to the
Cl (Community Commercial) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 2-5-10, showing the above
described changes in use district designations, is hereby approved.
ADOPTED this 15th day of April , 1996.
