ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2315
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2730 MAINPLACE
DRIVE FROM THE C2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DIS-
TRICT TO THE O (OPEN SPACE) DISTRICT (AA NO.
96-12)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-12 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain
property located at 2730 Mainplace Drive as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designations proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2730 Mainplace Drive
and designated in Exhibits 1 and 2, attached hereto and incorporat-
ed herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the C2 (General
Commercial) district to the O (Open Space) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 36-4-10, showing the
above described changes in use district designations, is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of March , 1997.
