ORDINANCE NO. NS~318
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTY LOCATED ON
NORTH BUSH STREET AND SANTA CLARA AVENUE
FROM THE R-2 (TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT TO THE R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (AA NO. 96-14)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-14 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of various
property located on North Bush Street and East Santa Clara Avenue
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designations proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2303, 2305, and 2307
North Bush Street and 202, 204, and 210 East Santa Clara Avenue and
designated in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby reclassified from the R-2 (Two-Family
Residential) district to the R-1 (single Family Residential)
district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 6-5-9, showing the
above described changes in use district designations, is hereby
approved.
