NS-2325 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON SOUTH SANTIAGO STREET FROM THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICT (Ri) TO THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDEN- TIAL-PARKING ZONE DISTRICT (Ri-B) (AA NO. 96- 17) WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 96-17 has been filed to make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain property located on South Santiago Street as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hea~ing, has determined that the change in use district designations proposed in the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTAANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain real property located at 1609, 1615, 1619, and 1623 South Santiago Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the Ri (Single-Family Residential) district to the R1-B (Single-Family Residential-Parking) district. 2. Amended Sectional District Map number 7-5-9, showing the above described changes in use district designations, is hereby approved.
