ORDINANCE NO. NS- 2326
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON SOUTH BRISTOL
STREET FROM THE COMMERCIAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE
DISTRICT (CR) TO THE COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL ZONE
DISTRICT (C1) (AA NO. 97-02)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 97-02 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain
property located on South Bristol Street as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designations proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 3305-3365 South
Bristol Street and designated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby reclassified from the
CR (Commercial Residential) district to the Cl (Community Commer-
cial) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map numbers 25-5-10 and 36-5-
10, showing the above described changes in use district designa-
tions, is hereby approved.
