ORDINANCE N~. NS- 2337
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
ON NORTH FALLBROOK DRIVE FROM THE SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R1) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE
OPEN SPACE (O) ZONE DISTRICT (AA NO. 97-04)
WHEREAS, Amendment Application No. 97-04 has been filed to
make certain changes in the zoning district designations of certain
property located on North Fallbrook Drive as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, this Council after duly noticed public hearing, has
determined that the change in use district designations proposed in
the abovesaid Amendment Application are justified by the public
necessity, convenience and general welfare;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. That certain real property located at 2913, 2917, 2923,
2929, 2933, and 2937 North Fallbrook Drive and designated in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is
hereby reclassified from the RI (Single Family Residential)
district to the O (Open Space) district.
2. Amended Sectional District Map number 36-4-10, showing the
above described changes in use district designations, is hereby
approved.
